What does this mean?
All our practice telephone lines are open Monday-Saturday, 9:00 – 5:30. Calls are being answered by our home working teams.
We can arrange a wide variety of services including:
- A triage call with an optometrist or audiologist to discuss your eye or hearing health concerns
- Emergency and essential appointments with an optometrist at practice*
- Replacement glasses or repairs
- Hearing aid repairs/servicing
- Order hearing aid batteries/filters etc for home delivery
- Order contact lenses and solutions for home delivery
- Postage of accessories including eye drops/masks etc

All practice telephones are being answered by our home working team, you can find the number *here* or alternatively just call 0330 111 2713 Between 9:00-5:30. There is a voicemail service outside of these times and we will respond as soon as we can.
Our webchat is available and monitored between 8:00am and 10:00pm. Outside these times it may take us a little longer to get back to you but we will respond as soon as we can. When contacting us via webchat please leave as many details as you can including your full name and a telephone number as it may be easier to call you back. The webchat is monitored by one of our team and is not a robot or automated service.

We are continually monitoring and following all the latest advice from the NHS and the government and will continue to update our website as and when any changes are made.
As a NHS primary care service provider it is essential we can see any patients who feel that their eye care or hearing care needs are essential or an emergency. We are now in the process of rescheduling any appointments that are deemed to be routine and NOT of an urgent or necessary nature.
*Our emergency appointments in practice are behind a strict closed-door policy with social distancing measures. If you require an emergency appointment, then full details will be discussed with you on the telephone at the time.
