Important information about the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Your eye health

Following the government’s announcement at 8.30pm 23rd March 2020.

With immediate effect, we will only be taking Essential, Urgent and Key Worker appointments.

Firstly, we sincerely hope that all our patients, friends and their families are managing to keep safe and well during these difficult, unexpected and unprecedented times.

We have been very closely monitoring and following all the latest advice from the NHS and following the latest government advice we are now only taking essential, urgent and key worker appointments.

As a NHS primary care service provider it is essential we remain able to see any patients that feel that their eye care or hearing care needs are essential or an emergency and we are now in the process of rescheduling any appointments that are deemed to be routine and NOT of an urgent or necessary nature.

Your calls will still be answered, and future appointments can still be made. If urgent or necessary you will be directed to our closest available optometrist, dispensing optician or audiologist at the earliest possible time.
