The NHS require all medical-related support providers such as GP’s, Dentist and Opticians to continue with Covid precautions and provide Covid-safe environments for our patients, customers and teams.

In order to keep everyone as safe as possible, we will continue with the majority of our Covid-safe working practices to ensure we are playing our part in reducing the spread of the virus. This means that, amongst other measures, our teams will continue to wear face coverings in our practices and I would like to ask you to do the same when visiting us. 

We will continue to clean all frames and test equipment after a patient visit.

We are conscious that these measures may be different to those you will experience in other retail outlets, however, I believe that at this time they offer the appropriate level of precaution to ensure your safety, and that of our team. 

As it has been throughout the pandemic, our primary concern has always been the safety of our teams, patients and customers. We are keen to ensure that when we are in a position to change the way we are currently operating, it is done so in a decisive manner that is positive for everyone.
