My husband, James, was referred by the branch in Crediton and was seen very promptly for a follow-up to cataract operations. The place was spotless, staff very friendly and professional (running spot-on for time) and used state-of-the art equipment. The examination was easy and quick with a clear recommendation for a new prescription. Guidance in choosing a new frame was unbiased and helpful with no strong steer towards the more expensive end of the range. New glasses were available within 2 weeks and, now he has worn them for a few days, it is clear they are ideal. There is no doubt that he will continue to attend this branch of independent opticians.

My eye examination with Sean was very thorough and he explained all the aspects of the scans. Stephen then took me through the stages of choosing new sunglasses making sure my choice was suitable. Both gentlemen were very kind and friendly.
