Sat on my glasses this morning before I had to drive 300 miles, popped into the practice to see if they could do anything for my glasses, the practice receptionist was wonderful and looked at my glasses and referred me to Stephen, whilst he was busy he still managed to sort my short term repair and my glasses fit better now than they did before I sat on them, so thank you team for helping me, when I am back home I am due for a eye test and will definitely book with my his practice, much appreciated and thank you for your help all, regards Pat.
I ordered some glasses with Stephen at South Molton. He was extremely patient and went out of his way to help me in every aspect, especially simplifying the technical side. There was no hassle to purchase any specific frame or lens.
My mother got her glasses repaired here on an emergency basis and we are super impressed with the service so thank you very much.

Second time I have been here. Always made to feel welcome and never rushed. Sean the optician is lovely and happy to answer any questions, and Stephen helped me with finding glasses that suited my face shape better. That said, there was no hard sales pitch or anything like that, I didn't feel at all pressured into buying anything, everything was on my terms. Very happy with the service and will definitely be back. Thank you.
I (Jean Mildon) had an eye test yesterday and found Sean to be friendly and helpful as was also Stephen who adjusted my glasses as I was having trouble with them misting up
I’ve never visited the store however the colleague Naomi was absolutely fantastic at helping me! I had lost a screw and she was able to fix my glasses for me in no time. She was the kindest person with such a lovely & funny personality. I will be recommending her, from the store to everyone I know!!! Thank you so much Naomi!!!!!

Took my glasses into Armstrong and North southmolton for a repair. Repaired while I waited by Sean and naomi. A very polite and friendly staff will definitely recommend my friends to use this opticians 👍
My son has been going to this opticians for 11 years so when I heard it was changing to new people I was worried but we had nothing to worry about the service was great. To start they helped get my son an appointment as soon as they could due to an issue with his glasses. On the day of the appointment we had a warm welcome from everyone. The appointment was on time and they explained everything to myself and my son. A lovely gentleman helped my son pick a lovely pair of glasses that fitted him well and was also conscious of cost which was great. He also organised thinning my sons lenses at a reasonable cost due to his prescription. On collection another friendly efficient service where they ensured the fit and comfort as well as quality of vision. A great service all round and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them.

I had a nasty fall and mangled my glasses and gouged a lens ,as it was close ro my check up time ,it was arranged and carried out quicklyShaun was thorough ,Stephen ,continued from here and new glasses ordered, they wer back in two weeks,collected Wednesday,so far so good without too much adjustment by myselfGood serviceNot sure I’m happy with the attitude on returning hoping to resolve something that should be straightforward , being chastised and treated like a child for trying to wipe a finger print off the glasses when trying to read the card ( I’m 67!)was probably the last straw !Not as happy as I was at the beginning of this review!!

I popped in with a problem with the bridge of my glasses. The staff could not have been more helpful and did all they could to help. They even stopped me in the street to explain what they had done in case I got back to the shop before lunch hour was up. Excellent service from a lovely shop.

Wonderful response to my lense popping out of my glasses. I popped in to Armstrong & North when seconds prior my reading glasses fell apart . The assistant looked at my glasses,identified in an instant that a screw had fallen out and stated that she could perform the repair there and then. A couple of minutes later my glasses were as if new. Furthermore Armstrong and North carried out the repair for free and with cheer and laughter all the way .
